1. Open the inlet valve before starting the pump, and start the pump immediately after opening the inlet valve.

2. The working water consumption of the pump is preferably 1-1.5 water pressure × 105Pa clean tap water. If the water pressure is normal, the water valve can be fully opened; If the water pressure is high, the inlet valve can be adjusted to control the water volume.

3. The water ring vacuum pump needs to replenish water. The replenishment water should be controlled reasonably. Too small will reduce the performance of the vacuum pump. Too large will not only reduce the performance of the pump, but also overload the motor.

4. Before stopping the pump, the inlet valve shall be closed, and then the gas with higher pressure shall be put into the air inlet, so that the water in the pump is basically discharged before stopping the pump.

5. Pay attention to observe the current during operation. If the current suddenly rises, stop the pump immediately for inspection; In case of water leakage from the square hole under the pump connecting base during operation, shut down the pump for maintenance; During operation, the exhaust pipe shall not be blocked by any foreign matters. If found, it shall be shut down immediately.

6. If the vacuum pump is not used for a long time, the accumulated water in the pump shall be emptied. 7. Before the machine is shut down for a long time, the motor protective cover shall be removed, and the fan blade of the motor shall be rotated manually to make it rotate flexibly before starting.
